Invitation to Exhibit

The Anglican Church in America is growing rapidly, not only in the United States but also in Puerto Rico and Latin America. This is your chance to reach many new parishes as well as existing parishes, seminaries, and individuals who are interested in purchasing church supplies, furnishings, equipment, software, teaching materials, books, etc. In 2005 the triennial National Synod will be adding trade-show exhibits to synod events for the first time ever. This excellent opportunity to make your company known will occur only once every three years. 

We are making sure that the 200-250 clergy, lay delegates, and other attendees will have ample time to visit vendors by holding the Welcoming Reception, continental breakfasts, and lengthy coffee breaks in the exhibit hall at the Eastland Park Hotel. You will also be able to meet with synod attendees over lunch and optionally at events like the Synod banquet. A list of registrants will be provided after the event.

Booth Fees and Amenities

Commercial businesses: $395,   Nonprofit organizations: $245  (Rates based on 8x10' booth)

In addition to the space itself, price of booth includes

       ►      Draped back wall and side rails (blue drapes only)

       ►      One-line identification sign

       ►      1 table (6' rectangle), draped and skirted

       ►      1 wastebasket

       ►      2 folding chairs

       ►      Complimentary post-conference attendee mailing list

       ►      Free listing on the Web site and in the final program

       ►      Registration for one person (includes all scheduled meals & events).

Transportation

The Portland International Jetport offers nonstop jet service to major cities, including Atlanta, Boston, Chicago, Cincinnati, Cleveland, Detroit, New York, Philadelphia, Pittsburgh, and Washington, D.C. Airlines serving the Portland International Jetport include Continental Airlines, Delta Airlines, Independence Air, Northwest Airlines, United Airlines, and US Airways.

Alternatively, the Manchester, NH, airport is about 90 minutes’ drive from Portland, and Amtrak passenger rail service makes several round trips daily between Boston and Portland.
